Description
The purpose of this modification is to inform firms of an extension to our response date to our Sources Sought synopsis and to provide additional information. Firms interested in performing this requirement must reply to this RFI by Wednesday, February 11, 2004, addressing the elements in the synopsis. For your information, the instrument has previously flown on a DeHavilland Caribou, a CASA 212 and a DC-3. This information is provided to inform interested parties of aircraft that have worked in the past. The Government will consider other aircraft that meet the described requirements.
