- TITLE: Maintenance/Repair of the Apex SP-6-ECT XLFOV Digital Camera System SOL: RFP10N3-102-04 DUE: 2/17/04 NAICS: 811219 AGENCY: Attn: Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 130 W. Kingsbridge Rd., Bronx, NY 10468. POC: Contracting Officer ? Greg Vogt, Contract Specialist, (718-) 741-4321 DESCRIPTION: This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The NY Harbor VA Medical Center, 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209 has a requirement for preventative maintenance and repairs for the Apex SP-6-ECT XLFOV Digital Gamma Camera System. The vendor shall provide all labor, material, parts, supplies and travel. Only offers from those firms regularly established in the business of providing maintenance and repair for the Apex SP-6- XLFOV Digital Gamma Camera System will be considered. Period of performance will be from will be from the date of award through September 30, 2004 with provisions for four (4) one year options to extend. This is a Firm-Fixed price contract. NAICS code 811219 applies. The solicitation can be obtained electronically FREE at <http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov> or <http://www.fedbizopps.gov>. No fax or telephone requests will be accepted. Electronic bids will not be accepted. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
