- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotati ons are requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number is W91SMC-04-T-0003 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect thro ugh Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-19. This acquisition is solicited as unrestricted. NAICS Code is 532420. Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) are as follows: 0001 Copier Lease, Base Year, Lease copier with the following capabilities: approximately 60 pages per minutes; automatic document feeder; automatic duplexing; two 1500 sheet and two 550 sheet paper drawers; finisher with unlimited multi-position staple sorting, hole punching and saddle finishing; mail box server; network scanning and printing capable, Canon ImageRunner 6020i or equal; 0002 Maintenance agreement, Base Year: for quoted copier and existing, Government owned Canon ImageRunner 550. Maintenance to be shared by both copiers to include approximately 700,000 copies, toner, drums and pa rts (except paper and staples). 0003 Copier Lease, Year 2 (Option). 0004 Maintenance Agreement, Year 2 (Option); 0005 Copier Lease, Year 3 (Option); 0006 Maintenance Agreement, Year 3 (Option). 36-month lease should include option to buy at the end of the lease. FOB Destination will apply. Delivery required within 30 days of receipt of order.
