Description

The Michigan National Guard has a requirement for a cost-per-copy photocopier program that will require the vendor to supply approximately five (5) copiers with varying capabilities to approximately four (4) sites; under one contract that will includ e all consumable supplies (excluding paper) and all equipment maintenance and repair/parts/service. This will be a multi-year contract with a base year and four (4) option years. Vendors may be required to demonstrate their products. Full and open compe tition with all responsible sources considered. Solicitation Number W912JB-04-T-2007 will be available 9 February 2004 at our website http://www.selfridgecontracting.com/ebs/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp. Completed proposals will be submitted to the USPFO For Michigan no later than Noon (EST), 18 February 2004. The projected contract award date is 20 February 2004 with equipment placement by 31 March 2004. Eventual contract award will be based on Best Value and vendors should be prepared to submit a quote that they feel will best support our requirements.
