Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Circular (2001-19). This requirement is set aside for small business. The associated North American Indus try Classification System (NAICS) code for the procurement is 334516 and the Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Vicksburg Consolidated Contracts Office, Vicksburg, Ms has a requirement for the following: LINE ITEM 0001 Imaging Systems with both Analog and Digital Output Capability, System Spectral Range is 0.9 to less than 2.0 Microns. Quantity 1 each. LINE ITEM 00 02: Radiometric Software for Real Time Acquisition, Calibration, Processing and Analysis, Quantity 1 each. LINE ITEM 0003: 25mm Lens for NIR Imaging System. Quantity 1 each. LINE ITEM 0004: 50mm Lens for NIR Imaging System. Quantity 1 each. LINE ITEM 000 5: Merlin Mid-Wave Infrared Imaging System with Spectral Range of 1 to 5.4 Microns and Cold Filters of 3-5 Microns. Quantity 1 each. LINE ITEM 0006: Radiometric Software for Real-Time Data Acquisition, Calibration, Processing and Analysis/Display. Quantit y 1 each. LINE ITEM 0007: 25mm Lens for Mid-Wave Infrared Imaging System. Quantity 1 each. LINE ITEM 0008: Merlin Uncooled Micobolometer Imaging System with Spectral Range of 7.5 to 13.5 Microns. Quantity 1 each. LINE ITEM 0009: Radiometric Software For Real-Time Data Acquisition, Calibration, Processing and Analysis/Display. Quantity 1 each. LINE ITEM 0010: 50mm Lens for Long Wave Imaging System. Quantity 1 each. Item names provided are associated with Indigo Systems. The complete specifications are ava ilable and may be accessed at http://www.mvk.usace.army.mil/offices/contract/main.htm. The contractor shall state the warranty coverage provided for all line items. Delivery shall be FOB destination. The complete ship to address, point of contact, a nd telephone number will be in the award document. The contractor shall pack and mark the shipment in conformance with carrier requirements, deliver the shipments in good order and condition to the point of delivery specified in the contract, be responsib le for any loss of and/or damage to the goods occurring before receipt and acceptance of the shipment by the consignee at the delivery points specified in the purchase order; and pay all charges to the specified point of delivery. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, and other factors considered in accordance with FAR 52.212-2. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Best Value to the Government using (1) Meet listed specifications, (2) Price, and (3) Delivery.
