- Description
- Mod 4 is issued to provide the following ACES clarifications and additional information about the data migration questions:, and to provide additional documentation that may be found and accessed at: http://govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp. 4 additional Documents have been posted at Mod 4 on the GovWorks website: (docs should be posted by Noon on Feb 6, 2004) 1. NIH data file.pdf 2. SWIFT Data Dictionary.pdf 3. SWIFTData11x17.pdf 4. SWIFTTasking11x17.pdf Follow-up to Questions 89-94, 101, 138, and 149: Can the Government provide additional information regarding data in the existing NIH and IOS systems? Government Response: Attached are four files containing additional information in response to Questions 89-94, 101, 138, and 149. The NIH data file.pdf file includes the data elements for the NIH Tracking, History, Imaging, and Archives databases. The SWIFT Data Dictionary.pdf file includes only those data elements that can be viewed by the users in the HHS OpDivs and StaffDivs, not all the data elements used by IOS staff. To get a better idea of the scope of the data in the SWIFT system, two schemas are attached: SWIFTData11x17.pfd and SWIFTTasking11x17.pdf. Follow-up to Questions 67-69 regarding Requirement 3.10, ACES Federal Employee Profile Certificates: Is it possible to get a "test certificate"? Or, can you provide a POC that can possibly provide us with this so that we can ensure interoperability? Government Response: We have no "test certificate." GSA provides an overview of ACES on their web site at http://www.gsa.gov/aces. The press release at http://www.trustdst.com/news/press/pr20031103.html discusses the HHS contract to provide Federal employees with ACES digital certificates and lists a point of contact. If you would like to participate in this acquisition, you may find the solicitation documents (RFQ 74791 SOW and RFQ 74791 Letter of instrucitons, and all attachments on the following website: http://govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp The technical and price proposal are due Feb 17, 2004 at 2pm Eastern Standard Time - late proposals will not be accepted.
