Description: We intend to award a sole source contract to Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc.(ESRI), One International Court, Broomfield, CO 80021-3200 for the purchase of ArcView, ArcGIS and ArcPAD software and licenses. The ArcView/ArcGIS/ArcPAD sof tware is proprietary to ESRI and supports testing and range personnel in preparation of maps and providing accurate locations for test sites. No alternative products will be accepted. See Note 22 (any proposals must be received by 3:00 PM MDT, February 1 1, 2004).
