Description

This is Amendment # 1 to the BROAD AGENCY ANNOUNCEMENT # DTRS56-04-BAA-0001, Titled: DOT Center for Climate Change and Environmental Forecasting - Climate Change and Transportation Research for the DOT Center for Climate Change research programs. Amendment # 1 is hereby issued to extend the closing date for receiving White Papers / Proposals until December 15th, 2003. This will also extend the date for the Government to complete its review and provide feedback to respondents until February 13th, 2004. All other information is unchanged. GENERAL INFORMATION: This Broad Agency Announcement DTRS56-04-BAA-0001, including all amendments, can also be downloaded via the Internet at http://rspa.dot.gov under Procurement Opportunities.
