Description: DITCO is issuing solicitation for two Transoceanic Optical Transport - Atlantic (TOT-A) facilities to support Department of Defense (DOD) users in the Continental United States (CONUS). It will require the contractor to provide the government with an end-to-end ensured diverse (protected) OC-192c indefeasible right of use (IRU) capital leased trunks between the Government Furnished Equipment (GFE)/Vendor provided fiber distribution panels for locations in the CONUS and the GFE/Vendor provided fiber distribution panel in the European theatre.
