Description

THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR REVIEWING AND PRINTING IN APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS. The project consists of the rental of four (4) Type VI Engines, with three person crew; one (1) Type IV Engine, with three person crew; and one (1) Type II Tactical Water Tender, with operator, (3000 gallon minimum) to work in various duty stations throughout the Sawtooth National Forest. The equipment and crew will be used to supplement our initial attack forces and will perform project work when not on fire assignments. The contract period will tentatively start June 15 and run through October 15 and contract time will be approximately 123 days. Tentative duty stations will be Malta, Rock Creek, Shake Creek, and Stanley/Ketchum, Idaho. This will be an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity procurement with 2 optional renewal years. See Numbered Note #1.
