Description

This is a combination synopsis/solicitation. STATEMENT OF WORK 10 Feb 2004 A requirement exists to lease 37 housing units as listed below for the period from 1 Mar 04 to 28 Feb 05. These housing units are required to house 101 GA Air National Guardsmen that have been activated to augment Force Protection measures at this ALC. All housing units shall include furnishings to include but not be limited to furniture, small and large appliances, kitchen accessories, and linens. The cost per month shall be inclusive of these items. Monthly cost shall also include all utilities with the exception of telephones. All costs shall include all yard work. Lease 34 three (3) bedroom housing units and lease 3 (2) two bedroom housing units. Furniture package to include: Sofa, 2 chairs, cocktail table, end table, lamp, 25 inch TV + TV stand, vacuum, microwave, washer/dryer, dinette table, 4 dinette chairs, queen bed, dresser/mirror, nightstand and lamp. Appliances, kitchen accessories and linens include: 20 pc flatware w/tray, dinnerware for 4, 4 steak knives, 1 kitchen knife, glassware for 8, set of cookware, 1 cookie sheet, 1 casserole dish, 1 measuring cup, 2 mixing bowls, 2 pot holders, 2 dish towels+cloths, cooking utensils set, 1 meat turner fork, 1 vegetable peeler, 1 waste basket, 8 bath towels, 8 washcloths, 8 hand towels, 1 shower curtain, 2 bath mats, 2 wastebaskets, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, clock radio, iron/ironing board, broom+mop, 6 sets of sheets, 3 mattress pads, 6 standard pillows and 3 bedspreads.
