Description: The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity type contract for the operation of a dining facility located at Fort McClellan, Alabama. This contract will be awarded for one base year plus four option year s to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The cumulative amount of all delivery orders will not exceed $10,000,000.00 and individual delivery orders may not exceed $300,000.00. This requirement will be UNRESTRICTED - FULL AND OPEN COMPETITIO N and accomplished under the RANDOLPH-SHEPPERD ACT giving priority to the State Licensing Agency. Solicitation is projected to be issued 23 February 2004 with proposals due 29 March 2004.
