Description

This procurement is for 92 each Actuator,Electro-ME, NSN: 3010-01-316-0190, P/N:12285327-1, and 120 each, Repair Kit Gearbox Assembly (Commander's Kit),NSN: 1015-01-508-0348, P/N: 13004771. The repair kit consists of an Actuator, Roller Assy, bearing s, gearshift, gears, and other parts to make up gearbox assembly. Solicitation will include an option provision for 100% each year, for a period of four years, for each of the two items. This is an unfunded FY04 requirement. FOB is DESTINATION. Estimated issue date is 5 Mar 2004.This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the fo llowing address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to m aintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them pr ior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a bid or proposal are instructed to request same by submission of an email request to: tacom-ri-tdp@ria.army.mil. Any said requests should contain the followi ng information; CAGE Code (if available), Company Name, Point of Contact (optional), Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone Number. A TDP will be provided by normal mail after the solicitation has been released to the internet.
