Description: The proposed add on acquisition of a minimum qantity of 53, and a maximum qantity of 1000 each, Apache (AH-64D) Microclimate Cooling Subsystem(MCSS) Pump Control Assembly (PCA) kits consisting of 1 PCA and 2 each MCSS heat exchangers. To include pr ovisions to conduct of the initial Pilot Line Validation (PLV), First Article Test (FAT), and subsequent Lot Acceptance Testing (LAT) necessary to ensure delivery of an acceptable product, as well as engineering services provisions for the incorporation of future engineering changes and Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) for the depot level repair of failed PCA. In addition, there will be requirements for Quality Conformance Tests and Inspections, and a Physical Configuration Audit that will be used to esta blish the final production configuration. The proposed acquisition is Sole Source to Carleton Technologies Inc, 10 Cobham Drive, Orchard Park, New York 14127-4195, Cage Code 04577. The applicable NAICS code is 333415.
