CARLTON, CONTRACTING OFFICER, FAX: 256 955-7737. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. NOUN: SHIPPING AND STORAGE; NSN: 8145-01-387-1306, PRON: AX4Q0060AX, P/N: 406-015-001MUSC-55, Rev. L, Quantity: 100 each minimum/300 each maximum, this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, applicable to the OH-58D Airframe. All responsible sources that can provide the effort described above may submit an offer, which may be considered by the agency. F.O.B. Origin, with delivery to DEF Dist Depot Red River, Receiving Bldg. 499, 10th Street & K Avenue, Texarkana, TX 75507-5000 and DDSP New C umberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery with First Article Testing is 100 each, 270 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 168 DACA. Required delivery without Fi rst Article Testing is 100 each, 180 DACA. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there is no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. This Acquisition contains data, which is consid ered critical technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adj usted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation. However, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All res ponsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. By US Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to US Small Businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
