Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to be procured using the Sealed Bidding method in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 14, to include a sample of the item being procured. The government intends to award a Five-year, In definite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity, Firm Fixed Price contract with range quantities for the procurement of the Boom Microphone, NSN 5965-01-419-4982, Drawing Number A3206343. The Boom Microphone is part of end item H-374 Headset. This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) W15P7T-04-B-F422. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The small business size standard is 750 employees for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334310. Shipments are to be FOB D estination. All items are to be shipped to W25G1U, XU TRANSPORTATION OFFICER, DDSP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY, BUILDING MISSION DOOR 113 134, NEW CUMBERLAND PA 17070-5001. Delivery shall be within 90 days after contract award. Packaging and Packing shall be in accordance with Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging (ASTM D 3951-98).
