Description

SOURCES SOUGHT to provide onsite maintenance services on Hologic DR 1000 Radiography System located at Womack Army Medical Center, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The base period of performance is 01 April 2004 through 31 March 2005, with four one-year option periods. The Contractor shall furnish all but not limited to labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, hardware, original equipment manufacturer repair parts or equivalent, glassware, detector array, one software upgrade per year, software upd ates, maintenance manuals, and travel necessary to fulfill the requirement of this contract. Preventive maintenance services will be scheduled twice a year. Contractor response time is to be on-site and ready to work within 24 hours upon receipt of notif ication from authorized Government representative. Only one award will be made for these services. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219 and the Small Business Size Standard is $6.0 million. This requirement will be is sued on an unrestricted basis.
