Description: The Department of Defense Education Activity?s (DoDEA) Education Division intends to award on a sole source basis, a contract to DARE America, P.O. Box 512090, Los Angeles, California, 90051-0090, an educational/nonprofit institution for certified DARE Instructor to train DoDEA educators and military personnel to deliver the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (DARE) program in elementary and middle schools. No other service will meet the government?s requirement. This notice is for information only. No RFP is available. See Note 22.
