Sole Source Award to SAIC (only responsible source). Estimated Period of Performance is 29 March 2004 - 28 December 2004. Estimated Value: 8.7M. Award will satify immediate mission needs, while allowing lead-time for larger, competitive follow-on procurement. Service: Support including research, analyses, and assessments, and technical and operational support directly related to the viability, credibility, security, effectiveness, importance and intellectual infrastructure of U.S. Nuclear Forces (physical infrastructure and mission), as well as removing incentives for the use of WMD.
