- This change for synopsis FA8504-04-R-30776 is to correct the procedures pertaining to acquiring the instructions for the technical data.    The data will not be distributed on CD-ROM.    Contractors must have an approved DD Form 2345 to get the instructions for obtaining the technical data, which will be uploaded along with the solicitation on the estimated date of February 25, 2004.     NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-FEB-2004).
