AMENDMENT 1: The questions and answers from the pre-proposal conference are attached.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAn amended Statement of Work (SOW) is attached.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspChanges to the SOW have been underlined.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspThe deadline for Past Performance information is extended to the solicitation closing date, 23 Feb 04 at 4PM Hawaii Standard Time.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspTechnical Capability (Required Certifications on a pass or fail basis) is removed as an evaluation factor for award however, proposals without proof of the required certifications in para 4.6 of the SOW will not be considered for award. For any questions, please contact the POC listed below. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (17-FEB-2004).
