Description: The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to negotiate a sole-source purchase order with KBA-Giori in support of the I-10 printing press. The equipment was already purchased from KBA-Giori and they are licensed and proprietary. The Government lacks form, fit, and function data with which to adequately procure these supplies on a competitive basis. Award will be made on a sole-source basis for continued services by KBA-Giori under the authority of FAR 13.104.
