Description

Non-personal service to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform lawn maintenance services at ARRTC, Bldg 50 and 51, Fort McCoy, WI. Contract performance is a base period of April 1, 2004 throught March 31, 2005 with four option years. Work will include but is not limited to mowing and trimming; landscape maintenace; flower bed maintenance to include clean, fill, and maintain planters; and spring/fall cleanup. The proposed procurement is small business set-aside under NAIC S 56173 with a corresponding small business size of $6 million. The RFQ will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on about March 4, 2004. Interested parties should access the the web site for issuance of the quotation and any amendme nts; contractors will not be directly notified of such.
