- The United States Special Command (SOCOM) intends to award a modification to contract USZA22-03-C-0036 awarded to Campagnuolo Associates, Inc, New Smyrna Beach, FL to increase labor hours and travel requirements of contract for nonpersonal services of Senior Munitions Advisor to Acquisition Program Manager under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (10 U.S.C 2304 (c) (1)) (Only one Reposible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Needs). Campagnuolo Associates, Inc. is the only source available to meet the government’s needs. Negotiations will be conducted for Basic Contract Period, as well as First Option Period. Increase in labor hours and travel requirements are projected based on increased oversight requirements for OSD and Joint Staff. This notice is not a request for proposal and may constitute the only official notice of this action. See numbered note 22. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (08-JAN-2004). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 18-FEB-2004.
