Description

The U. S. Army Contracting Agency, DOC, Ft Gordon, GA intends to award a Sole Source purchase order for the installation of mobile Motorola radios, control stations, XTVA radio mounts and associated equipment to Motorola, U.S. Federal Government Mark ets Division, Hanover, MD pursuant to FAR part 6.302.1 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. A copy of this solicitation can be retrieved through www.acquisition.army.mil/asfi, W91249-04-T- 0017. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
