This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspWhile it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspPlease feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Sea Systems Command intends to issue orders to Anteon Corporation over a period of one year under Basic Ordering Agreement N00024-00-G-6309.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspOrders will be issued for Engineering Change Kits, Repair, Restoration, and/or Modification of the A/N37U-1 Unites to Ready-for-Issue (RFI) Status Installation and Checkout (INCO) Kits, Repair Parts, and Engineering Services.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspOrders will be issued pursuant to&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1).&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAnteon is the sole designer and manufacturer of the A/N37U1 Moored Mine Clearing Set.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspAt this time Anteon Corporation is the only company with the requisite knowledge and experience to perform the required services during this one year extension.&nbsp&nbsp&nbsp&nbspSee Numbered Note (22) *****
