Description
NA PR Number(s): FD20200465256 Item: 0001 Description: Purpose: to perform F-16 Supply Data Management/Analysis Support. Services (includes technical services, research, development, test and evaluation, etc). Contractor shall conduct analysis on a continuing basis to determine trends and resolve issues with F-16 Weapon System Supply Chain Manager (WS SCM) customer support indicators. These include but are not limited to Total Not Mission Capable Supply, Cannibalizations, Customer Wait Time, Mission Capable Rate and MICAP Hours/Incidents. The contractor will also construct and maintain data tools to support F-16 System Program Office (SPO) process teams. Health of the Fleet and Performance Based Agreement initiatives. The contractor will also train F-16 SPO personnel in the methodology, capabilities and applications of these tools. Performance period from 01 Mar 2004 to 30 Sep 2004. TO: BRANDARIS, INC, An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
