Description

The US Army Medical Command (MEDCOM), Center for Health Care Contracting (CHCC), Fort Sam Houston, TX, intends to award an interim contract to Teltara, Inc., Scottsdale, Arizona, for hospital housekeeping services at Fort Leonard Wood Army Communit y Hospital, Fort Leonard Wood, MO. The period of performance will be 1 April 2004 - 30 September 2004. The six-month contract will ensure the continuity of services allow sufficient time for the acquisition of the 5-year, follow-on contract. The contr actor will be required to provide all management, supervision, labor, training, transportation, equipment and materials necessary to provide these services in accordance with JCAHO, OSHA, and MEDCOM standards or regulations. The North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 561720. See Note 22.
