Description

The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is seeking the services of a professional window replicating and installation contractor to remove three (3) existing and install three (3) new windows located in the Russell Senate Office Building Rotunda, Delaware & Constitution Ave., N.E. Washington, DC 20510. The contractor MUST have at least five (5) years experience replicating and installing windows in historic, monumental buildings. The AOC anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract. The period of performance will be from date of award through 290 days.
