Description

REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATION MUST BE IN WRITING, ON COMPANY LETTERHEAD, BY FAX AT 765-677-3106, OR VIA E-MAIL TO marcia.guenin@med.va.gov. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and expert supervision to replace the steam lines between four (4) housekeeping quarters (26-27, 27-28, 29-30, 30-31) at the VA Nothern Indiana Health Care System, Marion campus. Work includes all piping, excavation and repair, demolition and replacement of piping, repair to buildings and grounds, and removal of debris from the site. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 19.10 SMall Business Demonstration Program this procurement is unrestricted. NAICS Code 238220 applies; Size Sandard: $12.0 million. Estimate: $25,000 to $100,000. Approximate solicitation issue date: March 8, 2004.
