- Description
- The 38 Engineering Installation Group/Contracting has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for the 604th Reserve Recruiting Offices in CA. The proposed contract is for five years. The local exchange service provider certified by California PUC shall provide local commercial communications service for 604th Reserve Recruiting Offices in CA. Local communications service shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial business lines, DSL service, call waiting, voice mail, operator and directory assistance, local and Intra-LATA access, and interconnection with Inter-LATA exchange carrier. Competition is open to domestic and foreign sources. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Sources responding to this synopsis must indicate, in writing, whether they are large, small, disadvantaged and/or a women-owned businesses. In order to be eligible for award of this Request for Quote (RFQ), offerors may be required to have a Basic Agreement with this office. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued
