Sustaining Engineering Services for the Investigation and Improvement of the C-5 Main Landing Gear Kneeling Motor Shaft Seal. Period of Performance: 15 months from the effective date of the contract. Government furnished drawings/specifications are not available. The approximate RFQ issue date: 24 FEB 2004, with a response date of: 23 MAR 2004. This acquisition is a Sole Source to: Parker Control Systems Division-Military, 14300 Alton Parkway, Irvine, CA., 926618-1898; Cage Code: 3H889. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1), Justification: Supplies or Services required are available only from one or a limited number of responsible source(s) and no other type of Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources solicited may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Only written or faxed responses received directly from the requestor are acceptable. No telephone requests.
