Description

Amends synopsis published under W52H09-04-R-0144 which will not be used. DESC: The item to procure is a Pump, Hydraulic, NSN 4320-01-455-7253, Part Number 12965300; 24 volt, 95 amps, weight 28LBS max. Pump life should be minimum 400 hrs. Approximat e size is 15.00 X 5.498. The drawing for the hyraulic pump currently states that only the item described on this drawing when procured form the vendor(s) listed hereon is approved by the design agency, ARDEC, and a substitute item shall not be used withou t prior approval. Approved sources: York Inds of York PA, and Real Time Laboratories, LLC of Boca Raton FL. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. Published for subcontracting purposes only. Requirements are 132 each. A 100% option will be included in the solicitation. FOB is destination. For use on the M198 Howitzer. Estimated issue date is 12 Mar 04. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided . CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any am endments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
