- Description
- FISC NORVA Detachment Philadelphia proposes to extend the period of performance under Contract N00140-02-D-3678 to enable continued performance of required services until the follow-on requirement is awarded. The anticipated period of performance of the proposed extension is five (5) months extending from 01 May 2004 to 30 September 2004. The required services as detailed in the Performance Work Statement of Contract N00140-02-D-3678 include: web based application services, program management support, facilitation service, survey services, training services, privatization support and documentation, data base administration and documentation, Material Data Safety Sheet management and processing, solid waste management, environmental planning services, financial expertise, environmental compliance support, Mobile Reuse Center (MRC) Program support, meeting support, CD-ROM preparation and distribution, waterfront support services, standardized Ship to Shore Interface Offload Support Services, Shelf-Life Support services, telephone advisory support services, HAZMAT Computer /Software Equipment Management support, fleet training, NAVSUP Strategic Planning/Long Range Planning support, HAZMAT material movement, transportation/delivery of HAZMAT supplies and Third Party Logistics support. This action is a proposed modification of a contract with Resource Consultants Inc of Vienna, VA on a sole source basis as authorized under 10 U. S. C. 2304(c)(1). Numbered Notes 22 and 26 apply.
