Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing is requestig quotes from vendors for the purchase of the following: 1. Fourteen (14) Ring, electronic risec-37, Zeiser Part No. HDA 0140004501, for use on the Zeiser numbering Block System, ENC 6068 for the super numerota 212 press. 2. forty-eight (48) Frame tracking, complete (Special Absolute Detector), Zeiser Part No. 59 Article No. ATA03204, HFA9750237501, used on the Zeiser Numbering Box AAQ09151, Repair part for super numerota 212 press Zeiser system ENC. 6068. This consititutes the only notice, a written RFQ will not be issued. All interested vendors must submit in writing, an offer which will be considered. All quotes must be received by COB. March 1, 2004 and must be submitted via Fax, Mail, or E-mail. No phone calls will be accepted. All responses must include delivery date, business size, company name, point of contact, DUNS number, Tax Identification number and pnone number. If this item is available on GSA Schedule, please include the schedule number. Offers received at the Washington, DC Facility will not be considered. Please send all offers to the attntion of Loni Spring and the Ft. Worth, Texas Facility.
