Description
This requirement is 100% small business set aside. The NRC seeks a contractor to provide the necessary personnel, materials, and services to present the training in Incident Investigation Team Training, Root Cause Workshop Training, and Root Cause Refresher Workshops. In addition, the contractor may be requested to develop and present specialized versions of any of the approved training courses or additional training which deals specifically with topics covered under this requirement. The training will be conducted at various NRC training facilities in the US. The period of performance for this requirement will be one-year with four one-year option periods. This procurement is 100% small business set aside. The size standard for this procurement is average annual receipts of $6 million over the past three years, as set forth under NAICS 611430. Request for Proposal (RFP) No. HR-04-377 will be available on or about March 10, 2004, and will be distributed solely through the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The closing date for proposals will be 30 days after the date that the solicitation is posted. The FedBizOpps website provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through the FedBizOpps website. The NRC requires the prospective awardee to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of the resulting contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. Processing time, which normally takes 48 hours, should be taken into consideration when registering. Potential Offerors who are not registered should consider applying for registration immediately if interested in responding to this solicitation. Potential offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the Internet by copying and pasting the following Internet address into their Internet Browner: http://www.ccr.gov (note: there is no direct link to the solicitation and its related documents) as appropriate, will be posted at this website interested parties are instructed NOT to send letters or e-mails or faxes requesting the RFP. Telephoned, e-mailed, or faxed requests for the RFP will not be accepted. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the FedBizOpps website to assure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The Government will not reimburse interested parties for any cost associated with responding to this requirement. Telephone inquiries or responses are not acceptable.
