Description
The NETCOM/9th Army Signal Command has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for Fort Walton Beach and Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. The proposed contract is for a base year with four one-year options. The lo cal exchange services provider, certified by the state of Florida, shall provide local commercial communications service for Fort Walton Beach and Destin, Florida, which shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, flat rate business lines and director y number portability. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Sources responding to this requirement must indicate in writing, whether they are a large, small, disadvantaged and /or women-owned business. For this acquisiti on, a concern will be considered small under SIC code 4813 with size standard of 1500 employees ?????? NAICS 517110. This requirement shall be a commercial, fixed price type contract. Solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about 20 February 200 4.
