Description

The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to replace existing one (1) inch tinted thermopane windows and shall provide and install on the interior of each new window a 10-MIL Silver Retenti on Film at the Barnes Building, 495 Summer Street, Boston Massachusetts. The proposed period of performance is ninety (90) days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Pursuant to FAR 19.1305, this acquisition is set aside for competition restricted to HUBZone small business concerns. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submi t bids. Only one award shall be made. Eligible HUBZone firms shall request a solicitation package in writing. The NAICS code, SIC code and size standard for this procurement are 238350, 1751, and $12.0M dollars. Requests may be mailed to Army Reserve Co ntracting Center-Fort Dix, Directorate of Contracting, 5418 South Scott Plaza, Fort Dix, NJ 08640-5097, or faxed to Claudia Adams at 609-562-6933, or emailed to claudia.adams@dix.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests being sent via m ail must contain a verifiable return address, or they will not be opened. All requests should include solicitation number (W911S1-04-B-0014), your company??????s name and address, a point of contact, telephone number, facsimile number, email address, if a vailable, business size, Taxpayer Identification Number, Cage Code and DUNS number. A bid opening date has not been established at this time but will be annotated in the final released Invitation for Bid.
