- WANTED TO LEASE OFFICE SPACE TO THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT The United States Government is expressing interest in locating Class A office space in Southwest suburbs of Chicago, IL bounded by the following delineated area: North: 87th Street South: 111th Street East: S. Ashland/S. Beverly Avenue West: S. Cicero Avenue The purpose of this advertisement is to seek information from property owners willing to provide approximately 2,185 square feet of rentable office space. Rentable space must yield between 1,900 to 2090 square feet of occupiable space, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Reserved parking for two (2) Government vehicles must be available onsite. Extra parking must be available within a two (2) block radius. Targeted occupancy date is August 2004. The space must be on contiguous on 1 floor. Lease term desired is a 10 year/ 5 year firm term. The space offered should provide a modern office environment, which meets the General Services Administration’s fire, life safety and handicapped accessibility standards. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent building ownership.
