All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See number notes 1,9,12 and 26. The solicitation will be available through the DIBBS or SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date of 3-16-04. Drawings/specifications will be available through the DIBBS OR SRweb solicitation link in the synopsis on the solicitation issue date. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities.
