Description

The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, 7180 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15206, (VISN 4) in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Stentor, Inc., 3000 Marina Boulevard, Brisbane, CA 94005 for the licensed services of its iSyntax and iSite Enterprise and Radiology proprietary software. The Stentor web-based PACS and image distribution system shall provide HIS/RIS integration, hardware and software installation, onsite workflow analysis and follow up, onsite ROI Analysis, dicom modality worklist for scanners. The proposed system must supply a minimum 2TB of storage with at least 1.632 TB of useable storage. A copy of every study must be forwarded to the web based PACS as well as the Vista Imaging server onsite to facilitate a query once a study ages off online storage. The expanded system must include web based enterprise distribution and retrieval of images and a web based interpretive radiology application. It is the belief of the Government that there is currently only one responsible source capable of providing the supplies and services to satisfy the agency requirements. This is not a request for proposals, but interested parties will be given consideration if a written response indicating interest and capability to satisfy the Governments requirements is received no later than March 12, 2004. A determination not to compete this proposal will be solely at the discretion of the Government. Applicable NACIS code is 421450.
