Description

Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, materials and necessary supervision to perform Project 568-04-22, Upgrade Elevator at the VA Black Hills Health Care System, Fort Meade, SD. Work will include alterations, mechanical and electrical work, elevator upgrade and elevator component replacement. All work to be performed within strict compliance with contract specifications and drawings. Estimated cost range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Applicalbe NAICS code is 235950, a pre bid conference has been scheduled for March 23, 2004 at 1:30 local time in building #83 Engineering Service. Bid opening is scheduled for 4/14/04 at 2:00pm local time. There will be a $50.00 refundable deposit for the solcitation package. Deposit may be in the form of a personal business check or a money order made out to the attention of the Agent Cashier. All requests for the soliciation package must be in writing addressed to the Contracting Officer (FIN 20), Bldg. 46, 113 Comanche Road, Fort Meade, SD 57741. Note: Award of this project is subject to the availability of funds.
