- Description
- The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southern Division, is currently seeking potential sources for the maintenance, repair, alteration, renovation and other services for the Military Family Housing units, Mobile Home Park, related facilities and land/surfaced areas in accordance with the contract requirements for Naval Support Activity, Memphis, Millington, TN. The scope of the work includes all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to perform needed maintenance, repair, alterations, renovations, and other services for the Military Family Housing Units, Mobile Home Park, related facilities and land/surfaced areas in accordance with the contract requirements. It is the Government's intention to issue the market survey and solicitation exclusively through the Internet at http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil Prospective offeror’s are encouraged to register at this website. RFP Issuance will be on or about April 15, 2004. Any resultant contract will have a performance period that includes a base year and four option years. The contract type will be a combination firm-fixed price and indefinite quantity. This is a negotiated source selection procurement that consists of the submission of price and technical proposals. The NAICS for this procurement is 236118 with a size standard of $28.5 Million. This is not a request for proposals and no solicitation is available at this time. The Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. We are conducting Market Research to determine interest and capability of potential sources from any 8(a), HUBZone, or Small Business firms for this requirement.
