This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The solicitation number for this Request for Quotations is W91QF5-R-0006. THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE BRAND NAME REQUEST f or CONSEW sewing machines as listed below. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. This solicitation is set aside for small business. NAICS 333292 FSC 3530 SCOPE OF WOR K – Furnish following equipment (Pricing includes Assembly Stand and Freight for all machines): Consew Model 146RB-2A QTY 30, Consew Model 255RB-3 QTY 30, Consew Model 7360R-1 QTY 30, Consew Model 733R-2 QTY 6. Offerors are required to complete an d include a copy of the following provisions with their proposals: FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications Commercial Items. Clause 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, applies as well.
