Description

The United States Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM) intends to acquire Entrance Housing Assy; NSN: 6650-01-346-4603, P/O AN/vVS-2 (V). This requirement shall be manufactured IAW the performance-based statement of work and CD-ROM drawing SM-D-771486-2 or SM-D-771434-2. This procurement is an unrestricted buy. This acquisition will be awarded based on reverse auction procedures. Solicitation will include first article testing, test report, test plan and various data items as required. Th e requirement will be a five (5) year Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The minimum quantity of 350 will be ordered at contract award with a maximum ordering potential of 4000 over 5 years. Shipments are to be FOB Destination. Delivery schedule without first article testing will be 50 units, 180 days after the delivery order is placed, with first article testing delivery will be 50 units, 240 days after the delivery order is placed. Packaging and Packin g shall be in accordance with Standard Practice for Commercial Packing (ASTM D 3951-98).
