Description

Contractor shall quote Rack, Gear Assembly, Part Number 204-56192-1, NSN: 3020-01-079-1707, Quantity: 14 each. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. 100 Percent Small Business Set- Aside. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.7, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) FB20654048X606. Written procedures will be used for this combined synopsis/solicitation. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07, NAICS is 336413 and small business size is 1000 employees. The following incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-18, effective 12 Jan 2004 and FAC 2001-19, effective 01 Jan 2004 and Class Deviation 2003.0003 are applicable to this combined synopsis/solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ?
