- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91ZLK-04-T-0347. CLIN 0001- Minicam Series 3001 Field Minicams includes a Halogen Specific Detector (XSD) detector, loop-sampling module (2 each); CLIN 0002-Minicam Series 3001 Field Minicams includes a GC module XSD-101 with a Halogen Specific Detector (XSD) (2 each); CLIN 0003-Detector Lewisite monitoring option used with Minicams equipped with a Halogen Specific Detector (2 each); CLIN 0004 -Probe, revised Lewisite probe controller cable and harness, 100-ft (2 each); CLIN 0005-Converters, RS485, long range (2 each); CLIN 0006-System, CHROM-LINK air monitoring data acquisition and control system (1 each) CLIN 0007-Training, Contractor shall pr ovide Minicam Operator Training Course/Certifications at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD for 8 people (4 day course) (1 lot); CLIN 0008-Training, CHROM-NET training course/Certification at APG for 3 people (1 day) (1 each); CLIN 0009-Additional CHROM-NET training for additiona students (3 each) Requisition Number W91B94-4036-0001. Acceptance shall be at Destination. Shipping shall be FOB Dest. Delivery shall be to the U.S. Army, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21010. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation--Commercial Items applies to this acquisition; fill-ins in Paragraph (a) are Technical Capability, Price and Past Performance and less important than price. A co mpleted copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items, must be provided with offers. . The technical evaluation will be a determination as to equality of the product and shall be based on information furni shed by the vendor. The government is not responsible for locating or securing any information which is not identified in the proposal. To ensure sufficient information is available, vendors must furnish as part of their proposal all descriptive material (such as cuts, illustrations, drawings, or other information) necessary for the government to determine whether the product meets the salient characteristics of the requirement. The government will award a contract to the offeror whose offer conforms to this solicitation and will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The government reserves the right to make an award without discussions. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
