Description: ASPHALT SURFACE TREATMENT of the Haviland Lake road and the Lower House Creek road. Chip seal and stripe both roads, includes supply and placement of all materials, testing, and traffic control. The Haviland Lake road (FSR 671) is located approximately 21 miles north of Durango on US HWY 550. The project starts at the highway intersection and ends at the dam, approximately 0.8 miles. The Lower House Creek road (FSR 528) is located approximately 8 miles north of Dolores on FSR 526, the Dolores-Norwood road. The project location starts at the intersection and ends at the boat ramp, approximately 5.8 miles.
