Description

This requirement is a total small business set-aside in accordance with Federal Acquistion Regulations (FAR 19.5). In order to be considered for award, all prospective offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database. To register in CCR and view applicable FAR clauses, go to http://www.bpn.gov. The NAICS codes for this requirement is 611710 with a size standard of $5,000,000. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for an elementary curriculum for the Gang Resistance Education and Training (G.R.E.A.T) Program that utilizes skills training and problem-solving exercises in order to prevent bullying, violence and criminal activities, as well as develop a positive relationship with law enforcement. The elementary curriculum will be designed for 4th or 5th graders and will consist of approximately six interactive lessons. All prospective offerors must have personnel, who at a minimum, hold a master's level degree , five (5) years experience of life skills training curriculum development, and experience working in a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA) certified program model.
