Description

The G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center intends to negotiate sole source with Philips Medical Systems, 22100 Bothel Everett Hwy, Bothel WA 98021 to provide a service and maintenance contract for the Bucky X-Ray System, Model: Bucky Diagnost, for the period April 1, 2004 through March 31, 2005 with four option years. Solicitation to release on or about March 12, 2004. Requests for solicitations must be in writing. Telephone requests will NOT be honored. The fax number is 601-364-1346.
